MMR / Seasonal Flu vaccinations

MMR / Seasonal Flu Vaccination

During the ‘Flu’ season the practice will contact eligible patients to book into the clinics. A text will be sent with a safe, secure link to book directly.

MMR

Measles cases are rising with over twice as many cases confirmed in the first half of 2023 compared to the previous year. We know that having the MMR vaccine is the best way to be protected. If you have not had one or both your MMR vaccines please telephone the practice to book a Practice Nurse appointment.

Eligible patients will be sent a text with a link to book an appointment with a Nurse for the vaccination.

COVID19 Vaccination Immunisation Status

The Government have published guidance for the general public detailing how individuals can demonstrate coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination status and access this status when travelling abroad.

The NHS COVID Pass service will close on Monday 4 December 2023 and be unavailable to patients after this date.

There are no longer any domestic requirements to demonstrate vaccination status, and no countries require proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of entry.  If you would like to see your Covid vaccination information please download the NHS App.

Do not contact your GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status.

GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status or information to support COVID Recovery Documentation for travel purposes.
