GP Practices are reporting a sustained increase in demand for appointments and we at Spa are also experiencing this. We have new staff and new roles in place to help us manage patient’s needs including new GPs, Acute Care Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapist and Nurse Associate. Our practice team are trained in care navigation and will be able to guide you to the most appropriate member of the practice team.
We offer face to face services for all our clinicians, including emergency same day appointments and can accommodate telephone consultations by patient request, where clinically appropriate.
